DAY ONE: Oakville to Port Hope

Details:
Most of today's ride is on bike paths, so please stay on your side and be aware of others around you. There are some hidden gems on this route that are worth making a short detour to as well, including Ireland Park on Toronto's harbour front with it's haunting statues and Guild Park in Scarborough that has been turned in to a resting spot for remnants of old buildings.

DAY TWO: Port hope to kingston

We begin our ride in to the historical loyalist towns and landmarks with cute storefronts in Brighton, Bloomfield, and Picton, many places to stop for treats, and expect to spend some time in the infamous Bloomfield Bike Shop.

DAY THREE: kingston to cornwall

Details:
All of your elevation gain will be met leaving Kingston today, but expect your heart rate to slow as you admire the woodworking carvings and other fun pieces dotting the road enticing you to stop and catch your breath.

DAY FOUR: CORNWALL TO MONTREAL
SEPTEMBER 22

Details: Our route will take us through quaint Quebec towns, beautifully landscaped urban gardens, quiet country roads, and tree lined bike paths as we get closer to the second largest city in Canada. Be on the lookout for the sport's biggest names as they will be out training today. Or we can check out the time trial races with the Junior men and women and mixed relays being contested.

DAY SIX: Explore montreal
SEPTEMBER 24

Details: You may choose to play tourist in Montreal today or watch all/some of the races as the Women's U23 and Men's U19 categories take to the start line. We will discuss ride options the night before to ensure that everyone gets in every kilometre that they would like. Though if you've never been to Montreal it is work spending at least half a day in the old town and learning about Quebec and Canadian history.

DAY SEVEN: explore montreal
SEPTEMBER 25

Details: Events taking place today are the Men's U23 and Women's U19 categories toeing the start line for the road race. Choose to cheer them on or play tourist in the city with a visit to the 1976 Olympic Velodrome which is now a biodome. We will also discuss other ride options the night before, so there will be something for everyone and all decisions can be made based on how you are feeling.

DAY EIGHT: Cheer on the racers

Details:
Today we will cheer on the Elite Women as they contest the rainbow stripes. Canadian Magdeleine Valliers became the first elite Canadian to win a road World Championship title in 2025 and she will be extra motivated to perform in her home province in 2026. Be ready to lose your voice as we watch these amazing women tackle the streets of Montreal. Our accommodations are 13 km from the finish line. We will determine transportation options the night before - riding your bike, walking, getting dropped off/picked up, or public transit.

DAY NINE: CHEER ON THE RACERS
SEPTEMBER 27

Details:
Today we will cheer on the Elite Men as they race over 273 km in pursuit of a World Championship title. Grab your noise makers and scout out a seat at a pub where you are guaranteed to meet new friends from around the world. With the race on home soil expect all the big Canadian names to be in the fight. Our accommodations are 13 km from the finish line. We will determine transportation options the night before - riding your bike, walking, getting dropped off/picked up, or public transit.

DAY TEN: DEPARTURE
|
The PT Cycling team will drive your bikes back to Oakville as you catch a flight, take the train, or arrange a drive. Athletes are responsible for their own return transportation.
